Your data stays yours
No AI touches your data without your say-so
We will not send your data to an AI service, LLM, or generative model unless you have explicitly asked us to and named the service. Default is off.
Your data never trains a model
Nothing you send us is used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI system — ours or anyone else's. Not now, not later.

We write things down, share the plan before we build, and never bury a change in a status update. If we're stuck, you'll hear about it that day — not that week.

Your team is not a ticket queue. Same reply cadence, same detail, same tone whether we're talking to the CEO or the analyst who caught the bug.
Time is money — for both sides
We bill for scope, not for hours pretending to work. Meetings have agendas, calls have outcomes, and Slack replies happen the same day (or the next morning).
We don't waste time
Wasting time — yours or ours — is the fastest way to lose our respect for the work. We keep meetings short, decisions tight, and status updates unadorned.

Every engagement starts the same way: build a foundation of reliable, auto-refreshing reports for the two or three questions your business asks most often. From there we teach — your own person, hands-on, in the same file we built.
The end goal isn't to keep you paying us forever. It's to hand over the heavy lifting so your team owns the reports, and we stay on the side to help with maintenance or the occasional overhaul when Microsoft ships a bigger update.
Two honest things about Power BI you should know going in. Small tweaks can cascade-break — moving one column can quietly break three visuals downstream. And Microsoft ships updates roughly once a month; the new features are usually better, but they occasionally reshape how something works. We plan for both.
